Batches are shipped every Thursday - Saturday. I try to package as speedy (and lovingly!) as possible, so thank you for your patience! 🙇🏻♀️
Yes! All orders come with tracked shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information (I ship with USPS) with the status of your order.

All orders are packed & sent from California, USA. If there are high volume of orders (eg: pre-order arrivals), shipments may be delayed a few more days. Additionally, nationwide & global shipping delays (such as holiday volumes and/or weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

We never like receiving damaged goods 😩 the silver lining is that all shipments are fully insured!
- For missing shipments, you must file a claim within 120 calendar days from the date of shipment
- For damaged shipments, you must notify us within 15 calendar days of delivery.
- For damaged shipments, please take pictures of both the mailer AND damaged goods. Show specific areas where the damage took place. Email me directly with the photos and I'll reship your order!
